NFS(Network File System)


OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 7600




I have issues with NFS, and looked in here for some ideas. I noticed that there are ways to enable support for NFS in Win7, even though it is not natively supported..

I am testing it right now, and will comment with my results, but for others with Win7 that want the support:


Steps:
((Alternate steps will be shown in brackets))

1-
Winkey+R
Type in appwiz.cpl and press enter
[[Control Panel - Programs And Features]]

2-
On the left pane, click "Turn Windows Features On or Off"

3-
Scroll to "Services for NFS".
Click the + and select "Client for NFS"(You may also check Administrative Tools)

4- Click OK and restart when its complete.
