Safety for the storage space earned from sharing

I have spoken serveral time now with people which are thinking about leaving wuala cause they lost the acess to theyr storage space because they lost their onlinetime-codes or the fragments. 
Mostly these losts were accidently because of problems on the user-side or bugs in wuala. 
Cause it took a long time (1-2 month for fragments, several months for the onlinetime) to get back to the formerly status, this is really a problem. 

Please find a way soon to solve this problem.

ideas: 
- automatically backup the onlinetime of all nodes once a day inside he private wuala-acc. of the user.

- let the earned storage for sharing stay on when fragments get lost. Maybe with a counter, 2-3 times or so, to prevent that someone just deletes its fragments every few weeks to save space. Or alternately create an option for you to restore that space when this happens and the user tells you what have happend.
