SUMMARY:
wuala doesnt lower fragments when lowering the shared space unter the level of the already loaded fragmentvolume


PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
If you lower your shared space under the the level that you have already fragments loaded, wuala do not free the different space size again. e.g. do not delete fragment


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
   1. load 7 GB Fragment
   2. Lower shared space to 6 GB


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Wuala clears 1 GB Fragments


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Wuala do not clear the space
