Download Speed not what it used to be


PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
I think the speed problem with downloading may be related to maintnence not getting done properly.
Shoudln't the amount of time it takes to upload to Wuala's server be shorter or equal to than the maintnence cycle?


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
   1. Upload a mid-large file
   2. Complete the maint cycle.
   3. Download it.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Rates into the 400-500KB\s range


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
Max 100KB\s


REPRODUCIBILITY:
All newer files
Some older files that get accessed alot but not changed still have good rates.
