I'd like the ability (as a group administrator), to either change/reupload a file or copy all meta-data over to a new file. This comes up when I find a higher resolution or generally better copy of an image online, or someone submits a replacement. It's always terrible to loose conversations and comments and having to retype descriptions etc.
