Share folders in group with Web

In my friend circle I am the guy who promotes Wuala and tried to convince them of using it.
So people are asking me if they have troubles, or if they don't know how to do something.
In my opinion Wuala is a nice piece of software and for most main cases easy to use.

But it was happening quite a few times, that someone was asking me how he can share the files of a group with other people who are not on Wuala - and I told them of the workaround of copying it to their own folder and sharing it by this way via web.

In my opinion this is not the way normal "user" type of people are thinking.
And because it is not obvious to do so, most users can't be bothered and give up on things like this.

The use case: A group wants to share a folder with the web is very common and natural in my opinion, because there will always be people who are not members in Wuala. 
And finaly the Web is the most common place where people like to share fotos, etc.

Is there any way of changing/enhancing the current security model to achieve this?
