- 'Download all' now works for folders with large numbers of files
- Uploads: the upload with the least MB left now gets the highest priority
   (e.g. when inserting a 1 MB image while uploading a 300 MB movie,
   the movie upload will get suspended and the image uploaded first)
- You can now set thumbnails on folders, e.g. http://wua.la/moritz_/Images
