- Insert files directly into groups Groups can now contain files (and not only links as before). The uploader pays for the storage. When you insert a file to a group, a link to it will be placed in a special folder named "Group Postings" in "My Files". Deleting this link will also delete the file in the group and vice versa. That way, you get an overview over all your posted files and you can delete your posted files even if you have been thrown out of the group. You can now post any file into a group. If it is public, a link will be created. If it is not public, it will be copied to the group and a link to it placed into your "Group Postings". - Duplicate files don't count If you have stored the same file multiple times, it will only cost you storage once. This enables you to post a file to as many groups as you want without worrying about storage (besides for the first copy). - Manage group roles and rights Administrators can now specify the rights of the three group roles (Member, Moderator, Administrator) and rename them. - Members invite members Group administrators can now allow others (e.g. moderators) to invite further members. - Improved download window, opens automatically when downloading larger files - Many smaller changes Notes: - Old client versions will crash when trying to open newly uploaded files and groups with special roles. So please restart Wuala after reading this. - Folders that are shared with groups with the old system remain shared, but you cannot share new folders with groups.
