Release Notes 2009-08-16

This is mainly a preparation release for the one following later this week.
More informations will follow in a few days. Be patient. :)

This release contains:
- Partial loading/saving of fragments when receiving/sending them -> less memory usage
- Index of fragments persistent on disk instead in memory -> less memory usage
- Switch to Cocoa on OS X
- Smaller bugfixes/improvements
