- Cleaner GUI: Removed header
- More information in status bar
- Dokan update (Win 7 only): we have a new version of the Dokan driver. If we don't see
  significant problems, we'll also move to Dokan on XP and Vista with the next update.
  Also, we want to resolve http://bugs.wuala.com/view.php?id=801 first.
- Hidden files are now also considered to be system files and skipped when inserting whole folders
- Improved backup behaviour when changing settings or deleting the backup folder while synchronizing
- Fixed a bug related to online time calculation
- Fixed a bug that prevented the trading settings from being saved correctly
- Various smaller bugfixes and improvements
